At Outta This World  we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our refund policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds for products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days  from the date of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products that cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, such as items that come in direct contact with the body or personal use items.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide instructions on how to return the product.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned product.

5. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within  7-10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at outtathisworld@mail.com within  7 days of receiving the item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional charge.

7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
